Shop Policies

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Hebrica. Please read the shop policies, especially the section on custom orders. If you don't see what you're looking for, contact the shop with ideas for future projects. Please note that hand-cut works come with variations and not with perfection; the way colors appear on your screen can vary from the actual artwork. 

Payment Policy
Hebrica accepts credit cards (but not PayPal). Packages will be sent when payment has been received.

Shipping Policy
Orders for existing items in the shop will ship within 3-5 business days from the date payment is received. All packages will be sent via USPS unless the buyer requests other shipping arrangements. If you'd like an idea of the number of days it takes for regular mail, you may consult the USPS delivery map; they tend to be reliable but it is better to leave enough time for the unexpected. I
f your purchase is a gift for a special occasion, we recommend allowing 2-3 weeks for delivery. If shipping overseas, allow extra time; additional charges apply.

Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with an item in the shop, please return it to us; we'll happily refund your purchase price and the cost of shipping it to you. Shipments will be packaged securely but we can't guarantee handling by the postal service. Returned pieces should be sent back in their original packaging.

Custom/special orders cannot be returned.

Custom Orders
Papercut art pieces are original designs from the artist's imagination and may vary from any other examples of her work; each piece is unique. Before cutting of the work begins, the artist will be happy to email you a sample sketch to be sure the content of the design is generally pleasing; however, the final cutting will vary slightly from the sketch, according to the artist's discretion. Design time for custom orders may be subject to additional charges at $55/hours. Colors may be suggested by the purchaser but may look different than how they appear on a computer screen. Sales of completed commissions are final.

For commissioned works which are larger than 8" x 10" or intricate, or multiple layers, half the commission price is required before the project begins (before the design). If a design sketch is rendered but the project does not proceed, a $100 design fee will be subtracted from the return of the original deposit. Commissioned works can take up to 4 weeks to create, depending on complexity.

Virtual Gift Cards

Hebrica offers virtual "gift cards" for purchase, with a discount code personalized to the recipient for one-time use. Balances may not be carried over but may be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the gift card. Discount code may be used on any purchase at www.hebrica.com, including custom orders. Enter discount code in the checkout at time of purchase. Once the discount code is used for purchase of an item, all shop policies apply to the purchase of that item, including custom orders and design work.

Fundraising
For synagogues and nonprofit Jewish organizations, Hebrica can design a custom greeting card for reselling to raise funds; please use the contact form to let us know if you are interested in a unique fundraising idea for your group.

Wholesale
Greeting Cards are available for wholesale/resellers; please use the contact form to ask about an estimate.

Licensing
Hebrica does offer licensing of designs and images; please use the contact form to ask about licensing terms.
